“Brilliant company A+++. The guys went above and beyond to refurbish my wheels on my GR Yaris and I’m delighted with the results. For all your alloy wheel repairs these are the guys to see.”

“Outstanding work, my rims are back to brand new condition. Fast turnaround and good price. Ashley also spotted an issue with my tyres which prevented a future blowout — if I have any future work I’ll be coming back here.”

How much does alloy wheel repair cost in Auckland?

Alloy wheel repair at AWR starts from $200 + GST per wheel for standard kerb and scuff repairs. The exact price depends on the size of the wheel, the extent of the damage, and the finish required. Send us a photo and we'll give you an exact, upfront price — no surprises.

How long does a wheel repair take?

Most kerb rash and scuff repairs are completed the same day. Structural repairs — bent, buckled or cracked wheels — typically take 24–48 hours. We'll confirm the turnaround when we give you your quote. Loan vehicles and loan wheels are available so you're never stuck without transport.

Can a bent or cracked alloy wheel be repaired?

In most cases, yes. We use hydraulic straightening presses to restore bent and buckled wheels to factory spec, and TIG welding to structurally repair cracked or split wheels. Every repaired wheel is inspected and tested before it leaves our workshop. If a wheel is beyond safe repair, we'll tell you honestly.

Will the repaired wheel match my other wheels?

Yes. We use OEM paint codes and a factory-correct colour matching system to ensure your repaired wheel is indistinguishable from the others. For diamond-cut wheels, our CNC lathe restores the original machined face to the exact factory specification. The result is a match — not a close approximation.
