Painted, powder-coated and diamond-cut wheels each need a different repair. We identify your wheel's original finish and follow the process that suits it, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all touch-up.

We strip the old coating, repair the damage and apply fresh powder, then cure it in the oven. The result is a hard, even coat that stands up to road grime and brake dust.

DIAMOND-CUT WHEELS

Diamond-cut wheels have a precision-machined face. We repair the damage and, where needed, CNC-machine the face back to its original profile before applying fresh protective lacquer.

HOW WE REPAIR YOUR WHEEL

REMOVE, ASSESS & CLEAN
We remove the tyre and vapour-blast the wheel clean, exposing the original finish and every bend, crack and kerb strike.
REPAIR THE DAMAGE
We straighten bent or buckled wheels and TIG weld cracks. Kerb rash is rebuilt, then machined to restore the original profile.
RESTORE THE SURFACE
Diamond-cut wheels receive a final CNC face cut and fresh lacquer. Painted and powder-coated wheels are OEM colour-matched and refinished to a factory finish.
REFIT & BALANCE
We refit the tyre, balance the wheel and check it runs true, ready to go back on your car.

In many cases, yes. We assess the wheel finish, damage depth, rim profile and any signs that the wheel needs more than cosmetic work before confirming the repair route.

CAN YOU REPAIR A DIAMOND-CUT WHEEL WITH KERB RASH?

Yes, where the wheel is suitable for repair. Diamond-cut wheels have a machined face, so the repair can include CNC machining to restore the profile before fresh lacquer is applied.

DO YOU NEED TO REFINISH THE WHOLE WHEEL?

It depends on the damage and the finish. We recommend the repair route that gives the wheel an even, durable result rather than a visible patch.

CAN I KEEP DRIVING WITH KERB RASH?

Light cosmetic kerb rash may not affect how the vehicle drives. If there is vibration, a visible crack, a bend, tyre-seal concern or damage near the rim edge, have the wheel assessed before relying on it.

WILL THE REPAIRED WHEEL MATCH THE OTHER WHEELS?

We match the repair route to the original finish. For painted and powder-coated wheels, this includes OEM colour matching. For diamond-cut wheels, the face profile is restored where required.

HOW LONG DOES A KERB REPAIR TAKE?

Every wheel is assessed before work begins. We will explain the repair, confirm the price and give you a clear expected timeframe. Loan wheels and loan vehicles may be available to help keep you moving while your repair is completed properly.
