We do not do quick scuff-and-spray jobs. Every colour change involves a full chemical strip, meticulous preparation and a baked-on finish.

We use either OEM wet-paint systems or ultra-durable powder coating, depending on the wheel and finish you choose.

HOW WE REFINISH YOUR WHEELS

  1. STRIP & CLEAN

    We chemically strip old coatings and brake dust to reach bare alloy.

  2. REPAIR & PREPARE

    Any existing kerb rash or gouges are repaired, then the wheel is prepared for an even finish.

  3. PRIME & COLOUR

    We apply an anti-corrosive primer followed by your chosen OEM code or custom tint for uniform depth and coverage.

  4. CLEAR & BAKE-CURE

    A UV-stable clear coat is applied and oven-cured for maximum hardness and gloss retention.

POWDER COAT VS PAINT: WHICH IS BETTER?

Powder coating is our go-to for ultimate resilience and chip resistance, making it perfect for solid colours like gloss black or bronze. Wet-spray paint is used when we need to match specific OEM metallic flakes or complex multi-stage effects like Shadow Chrome.

HOW LONG DOES A FULL SET COLOUR CHANGE TAKE?

Colour changes and custom finishes need the right preparation, coating and curing process. We’ll assess your wheels and confirm the expected timeframe with your quote. Complex multi-stage finishes or diamond-cut faces may take slightly longer. Loan wheels and loan vehicles may be available to help keep you moving while your repair is completed properly.
