Our 8-step refinish process

1. Assess & quote — check for bends or cracks; confirm timeline and loan options.
2. Strip & clean — remove old coatings and brake dust; protect TPMS and the tyre bead.
3. Repair & shape — fix rash, gouges or curb marks; contour restored.
4. Sandblast & key — even profile for maximum adhesion (no patchy “feather-ins”).
5. Prime — 2-part epoxy/zinc-rich primer for corrosion resistance.
6. Colour — OEM code or custom tint; uniform coats for depth and coverage.
7. Clear & bake-cure — UV-stable clear, oven-cured for hardness and gloss retention.
8. Re-fit & balance — tyre refitted, TPMS reinstated, dynamic balance checked, lugs torqued.

Diamond-cut option: we re-machine the face on our lathe, then clear-coat to lock in the grain.

Care & durability

• Powder-coat is our go-to for resilience; wet-spray used for specific OEM effects.
• Avoid acid wheel cleaners for 7 days; pH-neutral soap only.
• Ask about ceramic coating — helps wheels stay cleaner longer.
