• Scuffed: Light abrasions on the face or spokes from brushes, rails, or cargo. Mostly cosmetic, but if unsealed they let moisture creep under the clear coat.
• Curbed: Scrapes and bites on the outer rim lip from a curb strike. Can leave sharp edges, minor bends, and slow leaks at the tyre bead.

• Longevity: Seals the finish so paint doesn’t lift or corrode.
• Ride & safety: Clean, true lips help tyres seat and seal properly.

How we repair scuffed & curbed wheels

1. Assess & quote
   We check the damage, look for bends or cracks, and confirm the plan and price.
2. Prep properly
   Tyre is safely removed. We sand and feather scuffs; for curb rash we restore a clean lip profile.
3. Metal first (if needed)
   Deep bites or missing material? We can TIG weld fresh alloy, then re-profile.
4. Prime & colour-match
   Alloy-safe primer, then a spectro-matched colour (paint or powder) to suit your wheel.
5. Clear & cure
   Controlled-booth clear coat, bake-cured for durability and gloss.
6. Refit & rebalance
   Tyre back on, valve/TPMS checked, wheel balanced, and a final quality check.

Have diamond-cut wheels? We’ll advise if a CNC cut & clear or a painted equivalent is best for your set.

Not always. We prep to a clean break line so the repair disappears in normal viewing.

Will I see a blend line?
No — we restore the profile and refinish to a natural edge for a seamless look.

How long does it last?
Bake-cured finishes are tough on chips, UV, and cleaners. Avoid harsh acids and you’re good.

Can you match diamond-cut wheels?
Yes. We’ll recommend CNC cut & clear or a painted match depending on the wheel and use.
